We want you to be completely satisfied with your MISS SIXTY purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MISS SIXTY account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside the box to help us identify your order quickly.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
